The Missions of Transparency Envisions, Inc. is to provide programs geared towards beginning the healing process by rebuilding the character of and providing support to youths and their families who have been negatively impacted by the trauma of violence, crime and abuse suffered within their households and /or their community. These programs will address the social ad emotional needs of these individuals by encouraging positive reinforcement through teamwork while creating strong foundations that will instill a renewed sense of trust and self esteem that will improve the quality of life for youths ad members of their families.

Meet the Team

Ronald Mobley, President
Ron Mobley is a dynamic and results-driven executive with over 14 years of experience in business ownership, strategic planning, and leadership. As the President & Chief Operating Officer of Verite Diversity Business Fund, he spearheads business operations, drives financial success, and ensures stakeholder engagement. His expertise spans financial services, business strategy, performance management, and logistics. Previously, Ron held key leadership roles, including CEO of LRM Capital Holdings LLC and Executive Director at Yellowstone Capital, where he successfully developed and executed strategic partnerships, negotiated contracts, and optimized business operations for growth. With a strong foundation in loss prevention, project management, and customer service, he has a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency and profitability. Ron’s leadership journey began in store management, training, and district operations with Sprint PCS and Sears Holdings Corp, where he built highperforming teams and cultivated a customer-focused approach. He holds a Degree in Business Management and Law from Shaw University. As a visionary and high-energy executive, Ron is committed to excellence in all aspects of life—business, family, coaching, and community leadership.

Georgia Graham Vice President
Educator, Mentor, and Advocate for Youth Empowerment
With a career spanning over two decades in leadership and communication, Georgia R. Graham is a dedicated changemaker committed to inspiring young minds through education, athletics, and community service. As a seasoned professional at Verizon, Georgia has leveraged her strengths in team supervision, strategic communication, and organizational leadership to foster growth and mentorship across generations.
Georgia holds advanced degrees in Adult Education and Business Administration, underscoring her passion for lifelong learning and professional excellence. Her academic journey—from political science at City College to adult education at Strayer University—reflects a holistic approach to youth development and empowerment.
Beyond her professional credentials, Georgia’s impact resonates deeply in the community. She has championed youth programs through her volunteer work with the NYPD 67th Precinct Falcons Track Team, Explorers, and essay contests. Her leadership as Head Cheer Coach at Kingsborough Community College and involvement with BRAVE and WAVE showcases her belief in representation, advocacy, and holistic support.
As a proud contributor to Transparency Envisions Inc., Georgia continues to merge vision with action—advancing opportunities for young people to think critically, dream boldly, and lead courageously.

Dr. Roazena Miller, OTD, OTR/L Director Of Health & Wellness
Dr. Roazena (Rozey) Miller is a passionate and driven mother, occupational therapist, and coach, founder of the Stimulus Fit Method. She is driven to help individuals create and sustain a positive relationship with movement and physical activity utilizing behavioral techniques, health literacy & lifestyle approaches to coaching across the lifespan. She is a health and movement advocate with the belief that movement should be meaningful and accessible regardless of age and ability. She often emphasizes the connection between mental and physical well-being within her programs, classes, and events. She carries a wide variety of experiences from being a former Division 1 track and field athlete, a 2022 bodybuilder and fitness professional for both youths and adults within her communities.

Charmaine DeShong Director Of Art
Charmaine DeShong is a devoted educator with over 15 years of teaching experience and more than 25 years as an administrative assistant. Her career is rooted in a profound commitment to nurturing young minds and fostering meaningful growth both inside and outside the classroom.
With a strong belief that every child is capable of learning given the right encouragement, Charmaine brings creativity and compassion into her teaching. She integrates arts and crafts—particularly her love for crocheting—into her curriculum to help students develop math skills, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor abilities. Beyond academics, she uses these activities to cultivate students’ self-esteem and confidence, creating a classroom environment where each child feels seen, valued, and inspired.
Her dedication to childhood development is backed by formal training: Charmaine holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Administration, alongside specialized certifications in Administration and Office Management Skills.
A passionate advocate for learning through creativity, Charmaine continues to use her artistry as a bridge for connection, education, and empowerment.

Shondelle Webster Director Of Dance
Shondelle Webster is a multidisciplinary artist, educator, and arts leader with a dual degree in Dance (BFA) and Business Administration (BS) from SUNY Potsdam. She is the Director of Dance for Transparency Envisions Inc., a community-based organization focused on empowerment, enrichment and creativity for children and young adults.
Shondelle has trained with the Martha Graham Dance Company, Earl Mosley’s Institute of the Arts, and the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, studying ballet, modern, jazz and West African dance. Her performance credits include the Dance Educators Collective Concert at Alvin Ailey Studios and showcases with the American College Dance Association, to name a few.
She currently leads the dance program at Success Academy EFMS, where she has developed a one of one curriculum and teaches grades 5–8 across multiple styles of dance. She also teaches and choreographs for the Transparency Envisions inc. Dance Program, working with K–12 students. Working meticulously to develop a strong, long lasting curriculum that will enhance and nurture the skills and abilities of it’s young dancers. With years of experience teaching and choreographing for dancers of all ages, she blends technique, creativity, and mentorship in every class.
Certified in Google Analytics and HubSpot Inbound Sales, along with her experience in Business Development. Shondelle also brings a strategic, marketing-savvy approach to her artistic work—bridging creativity and communication through movement and leadership.

Robert Boyce Director Of Nutrition
Based in Brooklyn, NY, Robert Boyce is a dynamic and mission-driven leader in nutrition and culinary management. With a foundation in Health and Nutrition Sciences from Brooklyn College and an A.A.S. in Nutrition and Culinary Management from LaGuardia Community College, Robert bridges academic insight with hands-on expertise.
He brings a multifaceted background—from peer advising and leadership at LaGuardia to operational roles in hospitality and support services. As President of LaGuardia’s Nutrition Club, Robert spearheaded initiatives to engage students in wellness education and community outreach. His experience at Queens Center for Progress underscores his dedication to inclusive health practices, having worked directly with developmentally disabled individuals to enhance quality of life through nutritional guidance and daily support.
Certified in personal training, CPR, AED, and food safety, Robert pairs technical proficiency with empathy and strategic planning. His work reflects a deep commitment to empowering communities through education, access, and sustainable practices. As a Nutrition Director, he is poised to lead with clarity, collaboration, and a relentless passion for healthier futures.

Who We Are
Transparency Envisions, Inc., is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization and our mission is to provide programs geared towards beginning the healing process by rebuilding the character of, and providing support to, youth and their families who have been negatively impacted by the trauma experienced through violence, crime and abuse suffered within their household and/or community.
The focus of Transparency Envisions, Inc. is to help children who dwell in at-risk communities avoid the violence that threatens their day-to-day lives and well-being; combating violence within the community by providing them with extracurricular activities and educational tools through sports and recreation, vocational, quality of life, health awareness, counseling and mentoring services to promote self-advancement.
One example, is our sports programs, such as track & field and flag football, which develops strength, both mental and physical, and discipline, while promoting teamwork and character building; empowering these youth to express themselves in creative and positive ways while building their self-esteem within their communities in Brooklyn, New York.
In an effort to stay proactive, our organization has also partnered with various other organizations to ensure that the youths living in the community are able to receive a variety of recreational activities.
PENN RELAYS
In 2016 and 2017, our organization selected 14 young people between ages of 14-17 from Guyana for the Relays. I have been a part of the Penn Relay experience for many years and it has opened up many opportunities for me including higher education, life changing travel and a commitment to coaching. - Mark Webster
These relays are the oldest and largest track and field competition held on an annual basis in the United States. They attract more than 15,000 participants from high schools, colleges, track clubs from North America, and from other countries including Jamaica. The competition, of more than 300 track and field events, spans five days. This year's competition is slated for April 26-28, 2018.
The Relays offer many high school students the opportunity to gain scholarships to colleges in the United States through the display of prowess and character on the track. The rewards include educated athletes, future coaches for participating countries and better relations between the United States and the home countries.

Our programs are tailored to youth from 5 years to 17 years old as well as young adult ages 18 years old and older, affording them the opportunity to develop lifelong skills while participating in positive activities.
